The idea that the company is going to dilute the shareholders into oblivion after the reverse split is completely unfounded. At most it is founded on previous experience with stinky pink CEOs.
Wang dequn could have done a 1:1000 reverse split a long time back. Why not do that earlier? Why go through the name change? Or the f'in court case? Why a mediocre 1:100 split? No real dilution from the the new management except for giving shares to a couple of insiders which are apparent from the fillings. Why now all of a sudden? There has got to be more to the story.
