Well if US legislation changes it will. Canada has basically done everything with legalization and there has been lots of PR on Canada so I wouldn't really expect too much from it. Unless it's clear legalization with no possibility of hindrances, I don't see much of a bump. But who knows. Real revenues will get the stock running.
