Section 7.11 Stock Exchange Listing. Parent shall use reasonable best efforts to cause the Parent Common Stock
issuable under Article II to be approved for listing on NASDAQ, subject to official notice of issuance, as promptly as
practicable after the date of this Agreement, and in any event within ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement.
