Nothing to worry about, you can pull up documents on any company, and I guarantee they're going to have a civil lawsuits - they do nothing but tie up the courts, it's almost a ,"Rite of Passage" so speak.

A lawsuit takes quite a reasonably long time. Starting with discovery, depositions, mediations, status conference, etc. before you even get to the trial stage. Then there is that strategy by the plaintiffs of prolonging the lawsuit by filing for continuances and bombarding the defendant with paperwork during the discovery phase. A strategy used mostly by large law firms. The strategy is used so that the defendant would have to pay their lawyer continously until they run out of money and force the defendant to agree to a settlement. Remember that the plaintiffs are professional litigants which means that they make their money by suing others. That is not good for JF and the company. For the meantime, that $600 per hour attorney fees is running continously non stop. That means that the company needs to sell about 20 subs an hour just to pay for these fees. Finally, it's not easy to be a party in a lawsuit. It is very stressful which is probably why JF could not focus properly with the business.
