It sounds like we're screwed if plaintiff is a professional company that sues others for a living. Just bombard us with legal fees and we're all going down under... what a friggin joke - JF is like the local government in charge, spending the shareholders money recklessly, putting us all at risk - he only cares about paying his wifey and himself under the "management fees" and renting expensive retail space and going out to fine dining with celebs while not making anything happen. Sad how I and many others have lost thousands and thousands of dollars
