I won't argue the accuracy of your last five posts, they may be 100% correct for all I know. As for issuing stock for cash, that can be a lethal trap for small companies whose stock price dips from a high of $15 to a buck in a couple of months, as happened with TCEL at the start of 2011. The chart fits the pattern for short-selling and an ensuing panic selling by holders. Hooked up with a PI today who will help me figure out whether we were attacked by a hedge fund or something like that, in which case we'd have the benefit of a nice short squeeze on the way up. While selling short itself is legal, doing it in concert with others while deploying a smear campaign is actually securities fraud. 'Nuff said! Enjoy the weekend all!
