Yes I agree with most of what you are saying here, the difference is that I believe Tom is treading water until the Big Government Deal comes thru be it Domestic or Foreign. Until that happens it’s all just sweetening the pot and survival mode. As you know how long even one with juice takes to complete a Government Deal. But, it is happening!

TC is building an empire on a foundation of garbage penny stock companies and Tweeting idiots.

BVTK is doing EXACTLY what every losing penny stock company does.
EXACTLY.

They continuously use the only financing they can get - TOXIC

They continuously dilute shares to the point of needing to Reverse Splits because of the ridiculous levels of dilution.

They continuously tweet hyped "huge deals" news that are nothing but comical and have zero information to confirm the hyped nonsense.

They been doing EXACTLY the same thing for 3 years, but this time it is different.

They mislead with juvenile tweets that would be an embarrassment to any CEO and they look to them with pride.

The dilution is continuing daily and they purposely restrict that very important information from shareholders.
They only find out 300,000,000 more shares were added well after the facts.

You behave exactly like a penny stock dilution machine, means you are a penny stock dilution machine.
