The deals aren’t “fake news”...they are real deals. The question is what do they really represent and are they meaningful? They are template SAA agreements that he can get other “small or new” or otherwise questionable companies (other OTC crap penny stocks) to sign because their is NOTHING asked of them and they take no risk in signing them.

None of the SAA/MAP deals done in the last 3 years since he became CEO have produced any meaningful ORGANIC revenue to BVTK....so that going to happen after he gets the 20th one signed? 100th? I doubt it.

But they make for a nice sounding PR/8K. He is selling a story...
