UncleBo, yes, it may be your opinion as well as mine BUT, there is one huge difference. That is the opinion is based on actions and facts such as the filings on 12/8/2017 with the WaMu 1031 Exchange being dissolved, (DSTs) Delaware Statutory Tusts opened (1031 Exchanges on steroids), in Jan/2018 WMIIC dissolved leading to end of Feb/2018 distributions!

There is a whole lot in the aforementioned facts to get to this educated opinion!!!!
