I prefer to view Samsa in a friendlier light than you Angelo...who cares...time will eventually prove what kind of settlement arises from Samsa's ongoing legal pursuit as lead plaintiff in the civil suit.
Personally speaking I've already seen a big change at IPCI mgmt. with them recently telegraphing several date goals/objectives for material developments to occur this year. And although I have no clue whatsoever if telegraphing those dates was a decision influenced by any outside forces or not...the only relevant thing moving forward is whether or not IPCI can execute/deliver on their now telegraphed 2018 timeline.
The civil lawsuit to me is now proven to be beyond irrelevant with only 2 parties even providing proof of losses during the class period for a paltry $150K on a case that I believe is next to impossible to prove in the 1st place.
