Samsa has all but told us he is not going to seek monetary damages but is instead going to be seeking a commitment from IPCI mgmt. for a more transparent approach to market. Samsa also hinted about getting mgmt. to get serious about looking into the manipulators and shorts by pulling the blue sheets.
Of course that's just my take on all the clues/hints Samsa has provided this board over the past several months...only Samsa knows his true objective(s) though...so we shall wait to see how it all plays out.
Of interesting note though...the lawyer firm listed in November 2017 doesn't even list Intellpharmaceutics on its website of current cases?
Maybe that's because the case is so tiny...or maybe it's because a settlement is already being agreed to?
Far smarter legal minds than me will have to weigh in but the link to the attorney firm I just posted doesn't list IPCI anywhere in their list of active cases.
