Kevin, that was the date the second Mexico test was to be completed, per GTE. GTE received $250,000 to conduct the tests and I assume that if it was not completed on time, a nr would be required. Bleckman did indicate to Mide that GTE had been "muzzled" (my word) during this delisting process, so I'm hoping for an update on this and other items (the strat!) ASAP.
