I find a bill schaffer listed to this who had a company called Coin Citadel Inc. based out of Reno NV. I only say this because the telephone number posted on the intro page for the company comes back to BILL J SCHAEFER out of lakewood California.

Nothing is solid on any of this company...Very difficult to trace anything about it. Very sketchy on every level on my opinion. It appears to be a dummy corp. So the question is, why would Anderson want to grab it? Seems like he has been doing a lot of this lately. Given that Sylios Subsidiary GCAN is on the break of being approved by FINRA and SEC to be a cannabis trading company I find it equally interesting that this Dapp Technologies is in WY. Curiously, WY has no current cannabis laws. On there side of this angle is AMDAQ which is a crypto currency subsidiary of Sylios as well and with the suggestion that Coin Citadel may have been some sort of related business ...I dont really know. What I do feel is that everything here is completely sketchy and I can not currently make logical sense of it so It feels scammy in every which way...unless someone can prove otherwise.
Ive been following Anderson for a long time...almost five years. Im on my last bottle of hopium with him. Nothing ever makes any sense in what he does. Nothing in my opinion is every clear cut ...The dots rarely seem to connect....IMO.
