I think there is more than enough evidence that they created multiple products and sold them to consumers, which is not an easy task... but the product didn't sell well enough. With more $$$ for advertising, it might have done better.

You never got back to me. What is the new share structure in APRU? DO you know if LVVV still holds any stake in the company, and do you know if they were anticipating a stock issuance in APRU, and possibly shorted the stock through a funder? That is dangerous business if TONY cancelled any agreements to dilute APRU. Anyways, I don't know a lot, but I do know that TONY owned a bunch of LVVV shares. I also know that TONY recently said "share repurchase" in the last PR. Any idea what is the share structure in APRU?
