According to the recent PR. LVVV Is selling back most of their APRU stake and will keep 5%... Tony might be giving back his LVVV shares to get it done. Who knows. The terms have not been disclosed yet.
APRU share structure is still billions, even without LVVV shares and they have no money, so they will be diluting more... LVVV is in a better position imo. APRUs market cap Is higher and they’re achieving much less.
The question about shorting and whatnot is all speculation, there’s no way for anybody to support that with any substance.
