Perhaps the author of the post should review TAUG's public pronouncements prior to posting less than factual information. The above is a clause copied directly from one of the Company's FLUFF PR'S!
At the time of the PR CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw was patting himself on the back and trying to demonstrate the company was being overwhelmed with distributor and customer orders! It seems the 10-Q showed the actual results were something far different!
TAUG's ONE "distributor".... (from the Q) "CONCENTRATION OF RISK
Any customer or vendor representing greater than 10% of the total sales or cost of sales is considered a major customer or major vendor.
The Company had a certain customer whose receipts individually represented 10% or more of the Company’s total fiscal year to date sales. This was one wholesale client whose purchase constituted a very large part of our total sales. December 31, 2017 Customer A 54%
As sales efforts continue we do not expect this customer to be a significant portion of total annual sales." *cough*
ON THIS BOARD, THE PAID "CONSULTANT" HAS MADE CLAIMS ABOUT THIS....
SO WAS THE PAID "CONSULTANT" AND "DISTRIBUTOR" LYING???? OR WAS THIS THE MOST PATHETIC "LAUNCH" IN HISTORY???
TAUG "LAUNCHED" A PRODUCT WITH ONE DISTRIBUTOR ORDERING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT (200 TUBES)???? OBVIOUSLY IT WAS NOT PLACED IN "600 locations" OR EVEN ANYTHING CLOSE TO "600 locations". TAUG's "CONSULTANT" (and apparently it's sole "distributor") LIED.
NOT THAT THIS IS ANYTHING NEW... And big deal, right? Cuz the CEO BSeth Shaw is a LIAR TOO. BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER!!!
