I can not find a beneficial statement about:

Size, duration, enrollment, or endpoint that
alters the existing protocol in those areas.

Somehow to be game changing I would have expected
a statement about derivative conclusions or at
least duration/size. If anything what I saw extneded
in all likelihood the duration of any Stage 1 attempts.
