Well, not really jolly. He hasn’t broken a law - that’s why it’s a scam vs fraud. To me this is Lloyd learning that a LOI scam no longer works - so he had to elevate his sneaky-ness. But too many bagholders around that know these tricks and we know how to quickly research the BS and call it for what it is with documented proof.
