No one claims Downsie hasn't gotten some flash drives made in China and isn't trying to sell them here for inflated prices. What some do claim is that Downsie is a lying, conniving con man convicted swindler who has misrepresented the drives as being GSA scheduled in a criminal attempt to hook ignoramouses into buying distributor packages and buying this scam of a stock while he dumps.
Just ask jmh. Downsie must view him as a perfect mark. He played golf with the guy and jmh has tried to talk everyone in town into buying the drives from Downsie. This is how grifters work a town. You get a slow guy to think you are his friend and then you lower the boom on his friends.
