Almost time here Hope you got some! I could care less if a shell gets hijacked. It’s the shell owners fault letting it go. Same thing as a domain, you let it expire cause your not paying attention and someone can jump on it. This shell is going to have new owners or already does according to merger filing and once things get updated it’s boom time
Seems to me it’s better to hold shares in a hijacked shell with 100m shares, a management that keeps regulatory filings updated, and is perusing an acquisition/merger
Then it is to hold shares in an abandoned shell with 9m shares, management that disregards its regulatory duty, and has no business operation.
