Who knows for sure. Could have been panic selling, stop losses triggered, MM manipulation, investors not happy with the recent performance, possible dilution, or a combination of these. I checked today, and the O/S hasn't changed or been updated since 1/31/18. It still stands at 487,086,221 and should be updated within a few days I believe. Yesterday we had a chance of closing at or around .0129, but someone dumped 3+ million shares at the end of the day. We'll see what happens today. Revenue is what counts, and we know we're starting to get revenue from the sales of Vitastem. A proven product with tremendous potential.

Days like yesterday are unsettling, but in reality, nothing has changed with VDRM, they've only gotten stronger with the dismissal of the lawsuit IMO. GLTA

We are also in oversold territory...

I believe there is a large buy order place to accumulate shares at a price range between $.012-.0125 range. Not all the transactions during the day are reported through L2 for us all to see as they take place, however totaled and recorded just before the close of the trading session. If it where dilution as you eluded to, the shares most likely would be at the higher end of the PPS trading range. For the company to dump shares at the low end would not be in the best interest of the company, the shareholders or to the officers of the company whom hold very large positions as well, they have time on there side and would likely dump on news when the PPS is more favorable to their intentions to maximize the increase in cash reserves and minimize the increase in the float. The shares sold in my opinion are the people who cannot tolerate the volatility of the penny market.
