It depends, if SIPC is just selling beer made out of hemp seeds or if they are selling beer with hemp CBD.

If SIPC just pays a Cali brewery to make hemp seed beer, that should be fine, it will more than likely not do very well but, they can sell in Cali.

If it's CBD beer, they have a long fight with the feds on their hands and I don't see SIPC with barely $800 a month revenue, fighting the feds.

I agree with most of what you said. Except Hemp is Cannabis Sativa and that's how it is classified and there are 7 States where Cannabis is still completely illegal because those States go by federal law. Times are a changing very quickly and its long past time that cannabis in all forms are removed from being a controlled substance. Go Sipp
