If I remember correctly it was posted here way back when we had a naysayer asking the same questions. The price for the clean shell was $350,000 and they received about 70 percent of the float, the other 30 percent I believe must have been held by institutions or shareholders that never sold their shares. A shareholder named Belize claimed to own 50 million shares back then. Does he still have them who knows, is he selling now Idk.
