That news about investigating the merger came out early this morning. The way I look at that someone had inside information for that to come out so quickly. I've never seen any merger be investigated with info out so fast without shareholders being notified. This is someone trying to derail this deal. Looks to me that everyone is going to make out and share price will move up after the Net Operating Losses start to show in in the Bottom Line Profits. IMO I'm know expert
