Until we get a financial statement to know what the OS is we wont know...but based on volume and the fact the S1 was done in early/mid Jan the 50 mill should be completed by now so these dumps by BMIC and VNDM are most likely from a note that has been just sold or is from a year ago and is now being converted or from a past officer or current officer who is dumping, but with no form 4 I doubt that is the case either.

All I do know is that investor confidence is falling faster then a 6 inch putt and they need to stop the bleeding. Plain and simple.

If you read 10Q you will see they issued notes,notes are what is selling right now IMO,those 50M were sold long time ago,also 2B share As was raised because they issud new shares and could not convert them wih only 1B,again IMO,did some DD and notes are being issued
I emailed TA yesterday will see if they respond,I doubt it...
