Until we get a financial statement to know what the OS is we wont know...but based on volume and the fact the S1 was done in early/mid Jan the 50 mill should be completed by now so these dumps by BMIC and VNDM are most likely from a note that has been just sold or is from a year ago and is now being converted or from a past officer or current officer who is dumping, but with no form 4 I doubt that is the case either.

All I do know is that investor confidence is falling faster then a 6 inch putt and they need to stop the bleeding. Plain and simple.
