I do not see have any notes to be diluted base on the last two S-1, they company have not issued any note either base on last two s-1. They have not issues notes in years. It is some t trades, with 50 million shares that was sold to GHS Investments LLC at a discount price of .0017, impatience traders, and maybe some short selling? I hope they did not sold any new shares that has not been reported as yet beside those 50 millions shares to GHS was reported in the last two S-1. I am wonder how many of that 50 million shares to GHS these mm's have left to be sold?
