Not anyone specific but to everyone that just makes the easy excuse of "dilution." MMs are becoming a very big problem in the OTC space because there are no "circuit breakers" and there is less volume, so naked short attacks are very easy and highly effective.
Like I said in earlier posts, there is a naked short position of like 7 million shares and it seems like they are getting a ton of "failure to delivers" and now are FORCED to cover.
It is easy for them to cover, simply put in orders that only other MMs can see, which will be filled by further naked shorting by other MMs.
