I've been here for awhile watching this stock daily, and mm can/will pretty much do as they please with the bid/ask. Only thing to stop them is to force them to cover, but if we don't have that kind of vol there's not much we can do for the time being.

I posted ENDV's failures to deliver from the SEC website from November to present and it was in the millions. Not sure if they have been forced to cover them as that wasn't part of the data.
