is this so? Where did you obtain that information. I think it's incorrect. They were never in trouble with the SEC......they decided it waa too expensive at the time to keep up with the filings.

How is the announcement of FDA approval "forward looking"? The company issued several 8-K's with their plans to get current with the SEC. They have consistently followed through, and proactively announced date adjustments.

Don't forget, it-was-forward-looking-PRs that got-him-in-trouble with the SEC!
