I don't think anyone commenting on this board has any idea what is really going on, what the $207M represents, what has closed, what hasn't, has it already happened, is the clock ticking on the bankruptcy, etc.

Maybe the secretive codesilver but he or she never comments - just posts links to nudge the conversation in different directions.

The only hope is that someone with a LOT to gain from a fair valuation of the licenses is going to step up before the bankruptcy proceeding is closed - and keep this in court. Maybe Fahy or Levy represent that person or group.
