Selling today is just impatience when you could fetch .04 or .05 very soon.

Realistically, considering Barcelona coming, and more news, how many more times will the PPS go below .03? IMO, probably not many, so selling now is like selling at the bottom for right now. Yes, even if it just went sideways here for a minute, its still the bottom.
