His message puts the SEC investigation into perspective, it is just that and does not imply any criminal accusations or charges, and a likely worse case scenerio would be rereleasing corrected quarterly reports.

Was really expecting the AMEX delisting, and glad to be gone from this crooked exchange. Only thing that would have been nice about a reversal on the delisting would be the temporary pop we would likely get. But even then I am sure getting us back to this level would be no problem for the heavily manipulated AMEX. Good ridence AMEX.
