Closing LII got that exciting 900K offer out there. Only good thing of late would be a fairly regular diet of higher lows on the charts these last couple weeks. Usually a good indication of positive movement but volume is waning again. Also nice to see multiple MMs with bids above .10 and even a 6 figure bid that’s been sitting there a bit. An indication of some support. As the higher lows continue ..... eventually gotta drop or start taking out that .12 offer. 6 figures sells continue in front of it though.

The 16 million warrants for Dahl and Rice filed the other day still doesn’t sit well with me. Not reported when supposedly issued. And there’s no real clear reason why. Did Zivo do something special last year to support this award ? More testing ? I’m All for performance based awards ..... but please do tell us investors what was done to support such an award ......
And I don;t know where the hell they come up with this statement from today’s PR ZIVO’s management and board of directors continue to take actions to improve its capital structure to support future strategic growth.. ROFLMAO .... REALLY ???? That is a slap in the chops to investors. THERE HAVE BEEN ZERO ACTIONS TO IMPROVE THE COMPANY’S CAPITAL STRUCTURE.
