All we have seen is Hanks purchasing 126 acres with MMEX stock - a $100 air permit that is rubber stamped - more Toxic financing from Crown that doesn't provide $3 million - the maximum if each tranche is $100,000.

Hanks is yammering about a 100,000 bpd refinery which would cost close to $2.5 Billion.

I see lots of LOIs with unnamed companies and more bloviating about financing.

Hanks isn't going to obtain $50 million to build a CDU.
