SOUPMAN LIQUIDATED THROUGH A CHAPTER 7 ACTION.

What part of that don't you understand?

The Debtors have determined the best interest of all creditors will best be served by converting these Chapter 11 Cases to cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code so that a Chapter 7 trustee may investigate and pursue those causes of actions to maximize recoveries while reducing the continuing costs of the administration of these estates.”

What part of that don't you understand ? That appears to say the debtors converted it to chapter 7 . So no I can't find any chapter 7 stocks that have had the Q removed and went on to trade as if they were never in bankruptcy. So soupq would be the first .

" I'm working on the list of all the q stocks in chapter 7 in that timeframe that didn't get haulted. "

I'm still waiting on your list . Though there my be none it that time frame . So how about the last ten years . Find just one that has been through the court system and had the case closed and is still trading .

Ok here's one that was brought out of chapter 11 bankruptcy by an asset purchase. And they are still trading though original shareholders got nothing .

On July 10, 2009, a new entity completed the purchase of continuing operations, assets and trademarks of GM as a part of the 'pre-packaged' Chapter 11 reorganization.[12][13] As ranked by total assets, GM's bankruptcy marks one of the largest corporate Chapter 11 bankruptcies in U.S. history. The Chapter 11 filing was the fourth-largest in U.S. history, following Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Washington Mutual and WorldCom Inc.[14] A new entity with the backing of the United States Treasury was formed to acquire profitable assets, under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, with the new company planning to issue an initial public offering (IPO) of stock in 2010.[15] The remaining pre-petition creditors claims are paid from the former corporation's assets.[12][15]

Oh and by the way check out how the other 3 companies shareholders made out . You can also throw delta in if you want .
