this is ridiculous and the compensation scheme shows that there's zero capital controls much less compliance nor a real board of directors at this "company" of fools. solomon and dan being the only two "employees" so there's one idiot to bake lies and fraud about owning some huge massively viable deal that's legally impossible.... and then there's danny who uses his "americans don't speak chinese so how would I know he was lying to me about all of ths crap" to allow himself the ability to upload continuously stinkier results to the SEC while grasping for deal life onto the fraud that he never knew any better..... get wrecked!

"compensation committee" approved granting the CEO ie: selling shares to the CEO at $0.67 cents a share when their BOOK VALUE is protested regularly and supposedly audited regularly claiming like $30 bucks a share......in exchange for cash compensation.....

there's no such thing. it's a fraud.

if there were any assets at all or income attributable to ownership....at all...... then someone with a brain would protest..... but everyone knows it's a complete fraud so I think that people own the stock hoping that there's some idiot dumb enough to buy off on this rotten fraud. everyone listening to me for two years now has made massive profits while the rest of the people suckered by management and fraud-itors vs real auditors are waiting for their wife to come home and look at the brokerage account before filing for divorce. how could anyone let this happen to themselves?

Ks
We have no idea about the future.
You are making assumptions based on on the results halfway in the race. That is not correct and nor fair.
Solomon still is the biggest looser concerning share price.

I don't know where people got the idea that this stock can surge to $100. With 28 Million Shares and a stock trading at $100, that's a total of 3 trillion dollars market price. Is the company worth 3 trillion dollars? I don't think so... That's just basic math and common sense.

This question absolutely NEEDS to be asked. I think a detailed question asking Solomon to explain his change in compensation to benefit him as the share price falls should be addressed.

If someone can give me detailed numbers from his previous contract and compared to his new current contract, I will send them to Peter and Demand a response from Solomon himself which will be reported back to the shareholder on Ihub for the shareholders to draw a conclusion as to if they want to change the status of their position in this company.
