Mera; Solomon is the very reason why the PPS has plummeted, and he has also chosen not to defend the PPS whatsoever. No serious CEO would change his compensation-plan to grab 1-2% of the shares in such a situation. If he had any decency he would have refused to accept any shares from his malperformance.
If he was able to drive the PPS to $100, i.e a P/B og 4-5, then he would actually deserve some shares
When/if TRW is listed on HKSE then maybe we'll be there.
