It could happen tomorrow, next week, or next month...

They needed to provide a drop dead date and chose to provide one that would allow time for both parties to prepare. Mergers do not happen overnight and this one will be huge for a small company that is currently trading pennies with a undervalued market cap which has no toxic debt and an extremely low OS count.

This puppy will be heading much higher when the news gets out and the merger actually does occur!

.04 is not a high price- .04pps makes the $ASKH market cap only $1.2m. Just need a few edjumicated traders looking in to this play to understand that $1.4m market cap is super low vs. the potential of the merger that was outlined in yesterday’s 8k. Seems the Pps should trade .10 to .20 minimum ($3m to $6m market cap) pre merger-butt if it doesn’t it doesn’t. I’ll hold all my $ASKH for the big $$$ If it happens, if it doesn’t then the good thing is the most I can lose is only 100%
