This is a joke. Makes zero sense. He's working with FINRA but needs money but doesnt. Lol. We deserve clarity and timelines after five years. How is he going to raise 12,000 and when. I mean March will be here soon.

I did a search on FINRA site. I did not see a 'No action" letter for Mike the Pike and last SEC filing was 21 August 2015.

If he has indeed got said letter, then he should post it
