It was a short conversation, since I had just arrived at the car dealership to have my car serviced. I can say this. Ben is frustrated as well due to the lack of news. Like us, he is a shareholder, and he is basically in the same position as we are, awaiting news.
He told me that he felt the newsletter might come out on Friday, and he said bankruptcy is not an issue with KBLB. He also told me the last time I spoke with him that Jon has been very busy.
Now, I am sure we will get comments about Jon being busy. We will get comments like "yea, he went out to get coffee and doughnuts." I can say this. Jon is a fighter and a warrior (Ben's noun to describe him). He works his butt off, and I think these comments about Kim and Jon doing nothing are total horse manure. They are both working hard trying to make this company a success.
I can understand the vast amount of frustration on the board due to the last PR and the lack of news afterwards, but some of it has caused nasty statements against the company and its management. That's about it, even though I threw my two cents in as well.
