Just my 2 cents, but everyone has to realize there's no growth here, and hasn't been for years.
If this deal isn't accepted, be prepared to be holding dead money for a long time.
We all know Red Oak has 381 ml shares, is it wise to force them to start selling ? I think not, with the normal volume here that would cap the pps for years.
I'm voting yes, and will be thankful for a nice profit.
And the best part is kissing this stock good bye....
