I believe they actually report news when there is real updated news.
A phony company would put out news on a regular basis if their main goal was stock price manipulation.
LWLG still is trying to hire experts in this field because they still need to clean some things up. They have made great progress and will make PR statements when they have real news.
People who expect news for the sake of manipulative SP movement must be traders and not real long-term shareholders.
