I hear ya. Thinking out loud. Wouldn’t DOC have a non-compete if he left on his own? Also, would termination nullify non-compete? Anyone?
Point being if it can be nailed that he was let go and didn’t leave on own accord as being stated(hence cancelling non-compete) then it may be likely due to some sort of acquisition or larger equity purchase of company. Just spitballing anyone more versed please chime in
