Pedder has to be elected at the next AGM for him to become a Signatory officially.....and that has not happened yet....Duh!

Original S1 being amended was filed on 11 Oct 2017, Pedder came on board on Nov 20, 2017.
It all predates him.

Hmmm - Not sure about that. He is an employee of Athenex, and if there was a deal in the works involving Athenex, would he be able to be a signatory as a Delcath BOD member? Just wondering....
