I agree. The lack of volume here is partly due to the other markets declining. The DOW was down 1500+ at one point on Monday. I actually stopped watching OTC stocks and watched the DOW and S&P for a while. What a bloodbath!

The good news is, OTC has a mind of it's own to some extent. While the major markets set the tone as far as general sentiment (bullish/bearish/neutral), these pennies are mostly driven by their own news and events.

No shortage of news and events for $PHIL. IMO people just waiting for confirmation....perhaps a quarterly report will do the trick!!??
