This one is over. Lloyd played up COWI's relationship with Microsoft and the MS Hololens technology. It was all BS. All of it. Microsoft removed COWI from it's vendor list.
That was the pump they used to dump shares. When Microsoft terminated the relationship COWI almost overnight announced they were going to shutter the place.
I guess one of COWI's creditors got pissed and Lloyd had to come up with another way to allow the debt holder to dump a few more shares. Hence the OpenRoadShipping fantasy was born with a hilarious business plan.
