They don’t look like Ac units me. The ac units are on pads on the side of the building, like OB hand said.

You are correct Dj, there are 15 commercial units on the entire building. I once saw a pic from pntv of some sort of sheet metal on the end of one of the buildings, but certainly didn't look like anything a/c. Perhaps a previous tenant had some sore of extra filtration or something...dunno.

As for residential in the current Las Vegas market, the units I saw advertised by your local dealers were regular "split" systems where the condensing unit is located on a pad at ground level and the air handler is often a "horizontal" which is placed in the attic of gable homes. What I am seeing is the same equipment used in my Texas market. You go girl! :-)
