It's not some simple, score a Bid, they cut you a check and your off building.
Part of the initial Bid is to agree on a payment schedule.
It's a bitch process. Funding comes in as its own house of cards. We get the FID, working capital flows in from numerous sources.

It's a lot like funding the America Civil War..the South wins a few big battles, England, France and Spain are more willing to send cash. They wanted to make damn sure they were on the winning side too. Delfin has won a few major battles in this sector to date.

This is probably why we are going public. To bridge those very funding schedules.
Secure fast initial funding off our stock to start a project, repay those notes in cash as Foreign Countries pay us off our funding agreement.
They don't play ball, they might become low man in the food chain.
India like China will be an impressive partner.
