Charts are extremely dangerous in Penny Land (not saying "useless", but definitely of much lesser value than in the real world). That being said, many will make decisions based on charts, which make them "relevant", but the "chart interpretation" of a stock can swing wildly within minutes. hours days, thus defeating any purpose that they might serve as a predictor of the future
